Barbara Walton, 78 of Edwards, Mississippi, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2026, at her home in Edwards, Mississippi. She was born on November 25,1947 in Magee, MS.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee. Burial will follow in Kennedy Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Elder Mickey Myers will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031.

Survivors include her husband, Ken Walton; daughter, Connie K. Weeks (Trent); Son-In-Law, Mickey Myers; step-daughter, Michelle Lang (Joe); step-son, Wade Walton (Kimberly); grandchildren, Kellie Thomas (Justin), Matthew Mitchell, Bryan Mitchell, Blaine Myers, Braden Myers, Casey Bailey, Brooke MacDonald (Jack), Thomas Lang (Nicole), Jade Lang, David Lang, Brandon Lang, and Gunnar Walton; great-grandchildren, Aubree Thomas, Evan Thomas, Watson MacDonald, and Rebecca Mitchell; sisters, Ellen McWilliams (James), Pam Holmes (George), and Lisa Rankin (Carnell); brother, Danny Bynum.
