Simpson County isn’t just where I live—it’s home. It’s where I was raised, where I’m my family, and where I’ve been blessed to serve the people I care about every day.

I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Public service has always been a part of my life. My grandfather proudly served with the Mississippi Highway Patrol, and his example of honesty, hard work, and treating people with respect is something I’ve carried with me throughout my own career.

Serving as your Constable has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Through my work alongside the Simpson County Sheriff’s Office, I’ve had the opportunity to help protect our communities, support our local and state law enforcement officers and be there for our citizens when they needed someone most. Those moments have reminded me that this job is about people, not politics.

Simpson County Supervisors Address Sheriff’s Department Personnel, Tax Objections and County Road Matters

August 14, 2026

Since taking office, I’ve worked hard to be visible, approachable, and available. Whether it’s answering a late-night phone call, helping a family in need, or simply being present in our community, I’ve always believed that’s what you deserve from your elected officials.

I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I can promise you this: I’ll continue to work hard, treat everyone fairly, and always put the people of Simpson County first.

I would be honored to earn your trust and your vote . Thank you for believing in me, for your encouragement, and for allowing me the privilege of serving this county that we all call home.

May God continue to bless you, your families, and Simpson County.

Respectfully,
Constable Evan Sellers
