Aaron Williams, Interventionist at Mendenhall High School, has been appointed to the Mississippi Department of Education’s 2019-2020 Accountability Task Force.
The 28-member task force includes 6 superintendents, 4 principals, 7 other district-level administrators/specialists, 2 teachers, 2 legislators, 1 State Board of Education member, 1 member of the Commission on Accreditation, 3 MDE staff, and 2 external facilitators.
The task force will be reviewing the impact of the elimination of the U.S. History end-of-course assessment on the accountability model.
