With this weather….we are either being blown away by a tornado or freezing to death…each day is a new experience in many ways!

Busy week for everyone. Baseball has started…so the bats are cracking. Getting pictures of Magee’s team in the “cool” breeze Wednesday afternoon did not prove to be an easy job for Patrice!

John Henry Berry premier of his new reality TV series is Thursday night at the Grandview in Madison…a huge theater…I plan to broadcast the arrival of everyone live…if I don’t freeze to death!

Firehouse Subs Coming to Magee!

March 5, 2026

Don’t know when or where…but we are getting a new business on Main Street…stay tuned.

I am “getting along” better with my new computer! I’m still struggling learning programs…but
that is always good for the brain!

Joe Worrell paid us a visit today…and just as a reminder, remember you can receive city alerts on your smart phone (really, any phone that will text). On your phone…go to the place where you would normally send a text…in the “To” section, type the numbers 955-77…in the message area, just type the word Magee and push send. You will now be “on the list” for weather alerts and other happenings in the city. I am so glad the city has this service available to its citizens.

While I am on the subject of cell phones, don’t forget to download the free MageeNews.com app. Go to the App store on an IPhone or Google Play store on other devices … in the search area type Mageenews.com The app is free…leave the push notifications on…I do not send out a lot of junk…just mainly when something big is happening…The website is at your finger tips on the MageeNews.com app.

Hope everyone has a great Thursday!
Sue
