February is not only the month for Valentines, but the Dixie National Rodeo as well. And, with the rodeo comes the wagon train. This group refers to themselves as the Mount Olive group. The group began their ride from Danny Jo Sullivan’s home in Mize. Saturday night the group had made their way off Sharon Saratoga Road to Duran and Rhonda Runnels property to camp. The campers will enjoy a night of good food and karaoke. Tomorrow the convoy of horses, mules, wagons, and individuals having a great time will ride through Magee headed toward Boswell.

Be on the look out for the group. Be courtesy and try not to up set or scare the animals if you meet or pass them. These wagons are carrying some precious cargo and we would not want anything to hurt them.

Pictured on the horse:  Conner Gibson, and Colin Jenkins.
