Verlon R Brown , 75, of Braxton, passed from this life Sunday, July 12, 2015 at St. Dominic Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Calvary Baptist Church in Braxton. Bro. Roger Lee and Bro. Bryan Shufelt will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Baptist
Church Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
Surviving Family Members: Wife – Fay (Kay) Brown , Daughter – Lisa Harrell (Charles), Braxton, Son – Chieco Brown , Pearl, Grandchildren- Ruthie Sheppard (Colin), Florence, Kandace Thomas (Rob), Pearl, Jessica Moran (Aaron), Florence, Ashton Brown, Pearl, Chasity White , Braxton, Chase Harrell, Braxton, Madison Brown, Pearl, Joshua Harrell, Braxton, Kayleigh Harrell, Braxton, Chris Harrell, Brandon, Charlie Harrell, Terry, Sisters – Cozy Mae Echols (Robert) Braxton, Brandon, Joyce Brown, Magee, Brother – Melvin Brown (Joan) Magee.
Preceded in death by: Parents- Wayne Brown , and Odie Mae Brown, Brother – Burnell Brown , Sister – Willibol Echols.
Pallbearers will be: Chase Harrell, Joshua Harrell, Colin Sheppard, Logan Pike, and Randy Hayes.
