Vera Helen Davis, 80 of Magee, MS passed away Tuesday, February 01, 2022 at her home in Magee. She was born Monday, May 26, 1941 in Magee, Mississippi.

 Visitation will be held on Friday, February 04, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home 302 8th Ave SW, Magee, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 05, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee.  Burial will follow in Rocky Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Donnie Guy will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

 Mrs. Davis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother. She was a lifelong resident of Simpson County. She was a member of Dry Creek Baptist Church in Magee. She was the family biscuit maker. She was a hard worker and loved her family very much.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald  Wayne  Davis;  parents, Chester Theodore Brewer  and Vera  Floyd Martin Brewer; great-grandchild, Layton Blair; son-in-law, Steve Maddox; sister-in-law, Millie  Brewer.

 Survivors include her son, Paul Davis (Karla); daughters, Sue Robinson (Paul) and Pam Lewis (Bruce);  grandchildren, Marcie Tuggle (Chris), Trent Robinson (Tabitha), Jason Maddox (Flan), Justin Maddox (Kayla) and Tiffany Blair (Joel); 13  great- grandchildren; 1 great-great- grandchild; brother, Charles Brewer; and a host of nieces and nephews.

 Pallbearers will be Justin Maddox, Jason Maddox, Joel Blair, Chris Tuggle, Ethan Robinson, and Tim Brewer.
