Kyerston Tucker and Tristan Newsome signed to play football for Pearl River Junior College Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Magee High School Library.

Family and friends filled the room in celebration of Kyerston and Tristan heading to PRJC together.  Magee Coach Chuck Maxie now has 6 players who have signed to continue their education and football career.

Kyerston kept the Trojans on fire as a wide-receiver .  Tristan, who is an around outstanding athletic with a strong arm, played quarterback and defensive back.

Tristan attended Magee School for 12 years.  Kyerston came to Magee in the 7th grade. Both players are undecided on their major.

Tristan’s family:  Kim Newsome (mom), Kalyn Felcher (cousin), Hannah Newsome (sister), Madison Newsome (sister), Justice Barnes (cousin), Mary Barnes (grandmother), and Tuesday Pittman)aunt).
