The Trojans entered the game with only one week of practice due to school being quarantined because of COVID.

Jones was quoted stating “I am very proud of our efforts to start the season. I thought our defense played hard and our offense was efficient. We saw some good things but also some things we have to fix. We will work to fix those this week because our goal is to take care of us and get better each week.”
