Trojans Remain Undefeated and Cougars Fall Short

Magee High School Trojans won a big district game against Jeff Davis County in a nail bitter that came down to the last minute. Magee won by a score of 35-32 scoring late in the game to put the Trojan’s

ahead with only :51 remaining in the game.

Magee remains undefeated on the season with one game remaining for regular season play.

Magee will celebrate the win and turn their focus to one last big district game next week against Seminary.

Simpson suffered a tough loss to Leake Academy by a score of 27-0. The Cougars regular season ends and now the team will regroup and prepare for playoff’s starting next week.  Who the Cougars will play will be determined later.

Mendenhall suffered a heartbreaker of a loss by a score of 28-20 against Louisville.
