On Wednesday, December 19, Tracey Brown released a statement on her campaign Facebook Page. The post, seen below, discusses what Brown claims happened during her time spent at the Simpson County Courthouse. although I do not know you, I’m well aware of the incompetence and bias of our clerk in office although, I’m also aware of the hard work for little pay of our election officials. It does matter of your vote but instead of harping on this we need to look at all elected and appointed officials in local, county and state members and ask the main question for Simpson County: Where in county can I earn $15.00 per hour or more on job in county? Why does the few jobs in Mississippi created seem to be north of Interstate20 and south of Interstae10 ? If anyone that travels outside the county and state to north Midwest and east coast you will see something is just not right !
