Eight girls…friends since childhood…continue their friendship in times of sorrow and happiness. These girls all grew up in Magee. Their parents were all friends. They all attended First Baptist Church together. Time and distance has not broken their bond of friendship.
Following the death of Susan Everett Yates’ brother, John, the group gather to demonstrate their love for Susan and her family.
What a wonderful friendship! Each “girl” has suffered heart ache. Each girl has experienced happiness. These eight friends have remained constant.
