Our reading today comes from PSALM 23:5. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies. Thou anointest my head with oil my cup runneth over.
David tells us here that GOD’S blessings are spread out to us as a light to those around us who are lost. They see in us a living person who wants to serve GOD to the fullest! The Holy Spirit covers us from head to toe. We are not afraid to worship, sing, and praise GOD. If we worship GOD, then goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our life.
