The Cross
John 3:16 says, Jesus hung on the cross burying everyone love and life eternally. The devil and his demons smiled because they thought salvation could not be preached or reached. God wants us to keep the cross upon our shoulders where our feet will not go astray. It strengthens us each day as I by God’s grace walk the narrow way!
On Calvary our debt of sin was paid in full. Christ was found guilty of love in the first degree. We owe Christ our life and all we will ever be. He must shine through us to a dark and lost world. We must keep our eyes upon the prize which is a home in heaven. We will some day look into the face of Jesus and hear him say enter into the joys of the Lord a job well done.
