The passage chosen for today is found in Proverbs 15:15: “The cheerful heart has a continual feast.” These words of wisdom were penned by King Solomon, who knew the importance of one’s personal deportment and the image projected. A cheerful heart can only be fully realized through a close walk with God. How marvelous to have a direct source of gladness and enlightenment by simply asking it of the Holy Spirit. Well, we’re told to ask, and we’ll receive. Knock, and the door will be opened to us. So, today, let’s purpose in our hearts to ask for a cheerful heart so we can enjoy a continual, spiritual feast. Amen!
