I received a note through MageeNews.com tonight concerning the purses we “packed” last week. Vickie Branson sent this note: “Our church, First Baptist in Mauriceville Texas, received a whole bunch of purses for our ladies! There has been so much interest and ladies are loving it and so very grateful! As one put it, like being turned loose in a candy store! Thank you so much if by chance you are the group that sent them, for sure a spirit lifter!!!”
Girls! Ya’ll made a difference. Thank you to the 47 people who helped spread the Word and show how much we care by packing a purse. Again, anyone who would like to join our Ollie Mayhall Baptist Young Women of the First Baptist Church of Magee (BYW) has an invitation! We will meet on October 9th at Suzy Thames’ home.
