SIMPSON COUNTY TECHNICAL CENTER STUDENTS FINISH HIGH IN STATE SKILLS USA COMPETITION!
Students enrolled in programs through the Simpson County Technical Center were recognized for their exceptional knowledge and skill during the 2019 Mississippi Skills USA State Championship Competition held at the Mississippi Trade Mart & Marriot Hotel in Jackson, MS. The gold medal winners and their advisor (s) will travel to Louisville, KY., for the Skills USA National Leadership and Skills Conference during the third week of June. Dedicated advisors, Crystal Smith (Polymer Science), Maurice Bryant (Construction/Carpentry), & Kirk Sullivan (Metal Fabrication) helped to make the 2019 event a great success!
