The Magee All Stars start the climb through the state tournament this weekend. The girls and their coaches celebrated with a last practice and dinner at Popeyes!
Each of the coaches put their top four player’s names into a cup for the drawing for the Spirit Champion. The Spirit Champion was an ideal that turned into reality being awarded to the player that focused her attention onto her teammates by constantly cheering and supporting them during the good and bad experiences. The drawing winner for Spirit Champion was Danni Cooper.

The coaches also put their top four player’s names into a cup for the drawing for the Effort Champion. The Effort Champion was an idea awarding the player that focused her attention on increasing her individual level of work at every practice. The drawing winner for the Effort Champion was Avery Vanderford. Avery is pictured with Chuck Cooper. 
The girls enjoyed a little fun at the last practice.
