Senior Citizens from the Smith/Simpson Methodist Churches enjoyed a fun day at Harrisville UMC on Thursday, April 23. Leading the singing and group activities was Cluster pastor advisor, Rev. Dianne Harms of Raleigh UMC. Bro. Sammy Napier of Rials Creek UMC opened the day’s activities
with a devotion. The day was complete with group singing, Bingo, fellowship, and a delicious meal of fried catfish with all the trimmings. Rev. Danny Dickerson of Raleigh Baptist Church provided the entertainment. Nurses from Simpson General Hospital were available to test blood pressure and sugar levels.
