The Mendenhall Tigers soundly defeated the Magee Trojans in the 98 Simpson County Super Bowl Friday night September 2, 2022 by a score of 34-0.

In a nail-biter, Simpson defeated Lamar Academy in a 29-21 game.  The conference wins puts the Cougars at 3-0 for the season and 1-0 in conference play.
