On Friday, October 3, 2025, the Simpson Academy Varsity Football team delivered a thrilling home victory, defeating Oak Forest Academy (Amite, LA) by a score of 21-14 in a hard-fought non-conference matchup in Mendenhall, MS.
The Cougars battled from kickoff to the final whistle, showing grit, determination, and heart on both sides of the ball. The defense stood tall throughout the night, coming up with key stops in critical moments to keep the Yellow Jackets from gaining momentum. Meanwhile, the offense rose to the occasion, making the plays that mattered most and securing the touchdowns needed to bring home the win.
