A shooting occurred late Monday afternoon, June 22, 2020. The victim, Patrick Hubbard, Jr. black male age 18 was found shot in a thicket on the north end of Old Tower Road according to Simpson County Sheriff Paul Mullins.
The shooting is being worked as a homicide. The crime lab is at the scene processing evidence.
A person of interest in the shooting is Jordan Jarmal Brinson.
The shooter is still on the loose and is considered armed and dangerous.
