Simpson County Technical Center 2nd year Health Informatics & Health Science classes toured the Mississippi State Hospital in Whitfield on April 11, 2019. The tour consisted of the history of the facility and incorporated the vast changes and progression of how Mental Health treatments have evolved in the past 60 years.
