This weekend will be a great weekend to catch some deals while shopping. The Mississippi Department of Revenue will be holding their annual tax exemption holiday today through Saturday, July 27. The legislature amended laws this year to include school supplies in the list of items that qualifies for exemption. The tax exemption includes many items with few stipulations, such as an item must be $100 or less. Below is a link to the full list of items that qualify for the tax exemption.
