On Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at approximately 10:38 PM, while conducting safety checkpoints throughout the city, the Magee Police Department arrested Jalen Knight and charged him with DUI 2nd. Knight was transported to the Magee Police Department, where he was booked and processed.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Whether under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or prescription medication, if you drive impaired or over the legal limit, you will be arrested.
