Member Spotlight
Betty Phillips Betty joined our club in the early years while we were still North Simpson County Republican Women and has always been active in whatever we were doing. We adopted a section of 49 Hwy and she helped pick up trash, we rode many miles putting up and taking down signs for our candidates, she participated in our Relay for Life with the cutest costume, helped haul, setup and work our tents at everything happening in the county, setup and worked many yard sales to raise money for the club, served as our president, has been Membership Chair for many years and planned our yearly party, attended MFRW Board Meetings as president and as proxy for the president if they couldn’t attend, attended NFRW for several years and all the MFRW Conventions. Whatever was happening Betty was a part of it and worked alongside you.
