She was a homemaker. She was a member of Weathersby Baptist Church and loved her church family as her own.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Thomas; daughter, Marie King; and granddaughter, Angel.
She is survived by a son, Buddy Crocker (Rose); a daughter, Tammy Layton (Dirk); brother, Don Wallace (Edith); ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Weathersby Baptist Church in Mendenhall, MS with the funeral service immediately following in the sanctuary. Interment will be in Macedonia Baptist Cemetery in Mendenhall, MS.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
