Rex Marlon Dennis, age 53, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021, in Magee, MS. He was born to Henry Dennis Jr. and Lillie (Handcock) Dennis on June 18, 1968, in Collins, MS.

He was a graduate of Collins High School and an iron worker by trade. He had a deep love of car racing and hunting. Dennis will be remembered for his big heart and his willingness to always help others. His memory will continue through those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his companion, Marisel Sanderford; sons, Sean Dennis (Amber), Paul Sanderford (Angel); daughters, Crystal Johnson (Russell), Sabrina Terrell (Shelby); brother, Dwayne Seger; sisters, Teresa Whatley, Patricia Fortenberry (Chris); former wife, Tyffany Dennis; twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Grayson Michael Sandford and brother, Grayson Dennis.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS. The service will be on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Tutor Chapel with Bro. James Fortenberry officiating. Interment will follow at Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ Cemetery in Mt. Olive, MS.

Arrangements entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
