The Scriptural passage for today is found in Isaiah 26:3: “You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trust in you.” Isaiah’s main task in life was to serve as God’s direct messenger to His people. At other times, Isaiah offered spiritual and practical advice to the Israelites to help in daily living. He was a wise man, this God-anointed and God-appointed one. His inspired words from God still resound through the ages and serve well for all who will listen today: perfect peace can only be found in God. We must place our complete trust in Him and Him alone. Yes! “Trust and obey, for there’s no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.” Amen!
