Penny Jean Warren Ferguson, 62 of Magee, Mississippi passed away from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Friday, October 21, 2022, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She was born Tuesday, December 22, 1959, in Magee, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home at 302 8th Ave SW, Magee, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, Mississippi. The burial will follow in Womack Cemetery in Magee, Mississippi. Bro. Jesse Swilley and Bro. Gary Wayne Phillips will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031
Penny was a member of New Life Fellowship in Mendenhall, Mississippi. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed cooking, coloring, sewing, and most of all spending time with her grandkids. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Walter Warren; mother, Mary Jo Ann McCallum Warren; and brother, Timmy Warren.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Ferguson of Magee, MS; four sons, Christopher Ferguson (Kasey) of Mize, MS, John Ferguson (Ashley) of Magee, MS, Wayne Ferguson of Magee, MS and Zachery Ferguson (Christie) of Magee, MS; eleven grandchildren, Hayden Ferguson, Connor Ferguson, Korben Ferguson, Piper Ferguson, Isabella Hofler, Mollie Ferguson, James Summerlin, Macey Ferguson, Kaydence Ferguson, Haylee Ferguson, and Chloe Ferguson; three brothers, Jessie Warren (Jackie) of Magee, MS, Billy Warren (Frances) of Mize, MS, and Jimmy Warren (Kay) of Magee, MS; two sisters, Deborah Warren Barrentine (Eddie) of Magee, MS and Patty Warren Hollingsworth (Jeff) of Magee, MS; and a host of other family members and friends.
Pallbearers will be Connor Ferguson, Brock Barrentine, Hayden Ferguson, Dustin Warren, Jie Warren, Josh Warren, Zack Ferguson, and Jamie Ferguson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Hearn, Justin Jordan, and Jeff Hollingsworth.
