The K3 – 6th grades at Simpson County Academy raised a total of 3,460 books for “Pages of Love”, Miss Mississippi, Hannah Roberts’s platform.

“Pages of Love” donates new or slightly used children’s books to hospitals and clinics across the south. To date, over 26,000 books have been donated. She provides children in hospitals or clinics with books, and promotes literacy across the state.

Mrs. Emily Gary’s 2nd grade class raised the most books with 712 books.  Simpson’s books will be sent to the Mississippi Delta.
