Throughout her life, she was devoted to her family, her faith, and her community. As a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother, Nina’s heart was full of love for her family, and she cherished her role as a caretaker. She was passionate about working in her garden, cooking for those she loved, and reading her Bible, finding strength and peace in her faith. Nina took immense pride in her work within the church. She was an active member and long-time Sunday school teacher at Pearson Baptist Church before moving to Bassfield, where she became a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
