The Magee Lions Club installed new officers for the year at their July meeting. Taking over for outgoing Lion President Josh Duckworth is Lion Josh Allen, President. Serving with Lion Josh are Lions Wayne Hilton, 1st VP; BillBennett, 2nd VP; James Smith, Secretary; John Mark Williams, Treasurer; Dr. Rudy Runnels, Tail Twister; Chip Hagler, Lion Tamer; Tommy Meador, Sight Chairman; Oliver McLean, Membership Chairman; Tom Duncan, Publicity Chairman; Gerald Regal, Communications Chairman; and Directors Witt Fortenberry, Darrel Temple, Riley Runnels, C.A. Smith, B.J. Smith, and Mike Williamson.The Lions Club supports vision and hearing exams for persons in need as well as other worthy causes. The Club meets on the first and second Monday of each month (adjusted for holidays) at Berry’s Seafood in Magee, MS.
