NASCAR May be dear to Jimmy Shivers’ heart…but Jimmy is dear to my heart!
Jimmy is a huge NACAR fan! Mayor Dale Berry invited Jimmy to attend the program held at Love’s Travel Stop on May 9, 2019 and be recognized as one of Magee’s biggest NASCAR fan.
As you probably know by now, it did not just rain at today’s event, we had a flood along with lightening!
Before the bad weather arrived, I had a chance to interview Jimmy. I think the interview is one of the most touching I have ever filmed.
To see someone love a sport and love his town is up lifting.
