Mickey Westmoreland passed away on Friday, October 11, 2019, at his residence. He was born on June 17, 1942, to his late parents, Elmar Westmoreland and Myrtis (Ainsworth) Westmoreland.
Mickey grew up working at Westmoreland’s Plumbing and Electrical Supply Company that his parents owned and operated. Later, he and his wife, Barbara, would continue the legacy. They had a wonderful and blessed life. They had one daughter, Nona, that was a Daddy’s girl.
He is survived by his sweetheart, Barbara (Nichols) Westmoreland; daughter, Nona Westmoreland Cook (Jean); two grandchildren, Hanna Lester and John Connor Westmoreland.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 12, 2019, at Goodwater Baptist Church, from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. A graveside service will follow in the church cemetery with Bro. Jason Webb officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
