Emily Reed is the 17 year old daughter of Lisa Reed and Steven Reed of Magee.
She has lived in Magee all of her life. She is an active member of First Baptist Church and has also enjoyed working at Dairy Queen for the past two years.
While at Magee,  Emily has been an active member of the Bible Club, Beta Club, student council, Science Club and the newly formed Math Honor Society.  She was inducted into the Science National Honor Society and the National Honor Society in 10th grade. She enjoyed being a member of the Simpson County Youth Leadership Council in 11th grade.  Emily has received the Who’s Who award for Best School Spirit, the Citizenship award, Most Talented and Most Likely to Succeed.  She has been a Superintendent’s Scholar all four years and has a current 4.0 GPA. Emily scored a 28 on her ACT. Emily was Star Student and Valedictorian of her Senior Class. She is the Student Body President of MHS this year after serving as Class President during her sophomore and junior years.  She is the Section Captain for the saxophone section in the MHS Band.  While in the band, she has played the mallets, the bass drum and the saxophone.  She also plays the piano and enjoys playing for the youth worship band at church. Emily will be a member of the famous Maroon Band at Mississippi State University in the fall.
Josh Sanders is a standout football player for Magee High School. Josh received Region 8 3A 1st Team award for football. Josh is a member of the baseball team. Josh was chosen Mr. Magee High School by his classmates. Josh signed a scholarhsip to play football at Pearl River Community College in the fall.

Macie West is a senior and Salutatorian at Magee High School and is the 18 year old daughter of Amy and Justin Mullins and Chris West.

Macie is an Honor Student and Senior Class President. Macie is a member of the Pride of Simpson County where she serves as Drum Major. Macie was a member of the 2018 and 2019 Magee High School Homecoming Court. Macie is very active in clubs and organizations serving as Beta Club president, Mu Appha Theta President, Media Club, and part of the year book staff.

Macie was chosen to represent Magee High School at Lion’s Club and selected for Girl’s State. Macie has received A’s every year of high school, along with the  Citizenship, Most Talented, and Best All Around awards.

Macie enjoys singing at Overflow church. I want to serve others by majoring in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Forensic Science. I chose this major to bring justice to victims and hope to families. One thing on my bucket list is to travel to countries and teach others about Christ.

Samuel Rials is a Senior at Magee High School. Samuel is the 18 year old son of Suzanne Rials and the grandson of PK Basco.
Samuel is active in the MHS Football team as Kicker. For football, Samuel has received Special Teams MVP his 10th, 11th, and 12th grade year. Sam has earned First Team All State in 11th grade, and First Team All State and First Team All Region in 12th grade.
Samuel is one of the captains for the MHS Soccer team where he serves as a Forward. He has been playing soccer at Magee since 7th grade. Samuel received MVP and the Coaches Award in soccer.
Samuel has recently signed in soccer to become a William Carey Crusader and be a Forward on the team. Samuel plans to major in Business Management and Marketing.
Aniyah Williams is a senior at Magee High School. Aniyah is the daughter of Cornelius Williams and Kasheda Barnes. Aniyah was chosen by her classmates as homecoming Queen and Ms. Magee High School. Ms Williams was very active in school and various clubs and organizations.
