Mendenhall High School held their senior awards night in the gym at Mendenhall High School Monday, May 6, 2019.

Seniors were dressed in their Sunday best.

Numerous awards, scholarships, chords, stoles, and medals were awarded on the evening.

During Ms. Fezell’s, Principal Mendenhall High School, welcome and announcements she asked for the audience to remember Ladamein Ducksworth, student of Magee school, family in the lost of his life over the weekend.

The Top Three Graduates were recognized. Kennedy Hannah was named Valedictorian, Brandon Walker received Salutatorian, and Aysha Sanders Historian.

Students receiving Hall of Fame are Kennedy Hannah, Brandon Walker, Christian Allen, Candance McCollum, and Grant Miller.

Star Student for Mendenhall High School was Elizabeth Herrington.

Students were honored with Beta, MuAlpha Theta, National Honor Society, and Honor stoles and chords.

Dr. Bo Huffman recognized Technical Center seniors with awards, stoles and chords they had earned.

Several Universities, community colleges, military, and individuals were present to award scholarships to students.
