ALL students must register online before school starts. Two forms of residency is required. The only proofs excepted are:
UTILITY BILLS-electric, gas, water, garbage, internet, cable and landline phone (date must be within 60 days of registration)
Homestead Exemption Form
House/Apartment Lease
Mortgage Documents/Property Deed
Car REGISTRATION FORM-Not BILL FROM TAX OFFICE
Bills must be in the same name
Mendenhall Elementary will register during OPEN HOUSE Monday August 6th 3:30-5:30 but all documents must be turned in to complete Registration.
NEW STUDENTS MUST ALSO HAVE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND IMMUNIZATION COMPLIANCE FORM 121
and COMPLETE LUNCH APPLICATION!
