Mendenhall celebrated their Christmas parade Thursday, December 3, 2020. The weather was cool and a light drizzle feel over the evening but not enough to keep the crowd from having an enjoyable time.
The parade began with the boys scouts stopping and presenting the flag for prayer and pledge of allegiance.
Kadin Adcox Mendenhall’s Miss Hospitality served as Grand Marshall.
Float winners were 1st place Boswell Regional Center
2nd Place Simpson County Sheriff’s Office
3rd Place Simpson County Sheriff’s Office
Fire trucks made their appearance.
The SCA dance team stopped and perform along with the SCA Pridetts.
Co-Lin participated in the parade route and the children loved interacting with the Wolf.
What is a parade without music. Mendenhall and Magee bands marched and performed for the spectators.
