Mark Lalonde, 50, of Mize, Mississippi, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at his home in Mize, Mississippi. He was born Saturday, March 6, 1971.

 Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.

 Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.  Bro. John Barnes will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

 Mr. Mark Lalonde was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Mize. Mark served in the National Guard before and during Operation Desert Storm. He was a loving father, brother, and son.

  Survivors include his son, Joseph Jon Dawson Lalonde of Mize; parents, Mike and Hazel Gunter of Mize; father, Joseph Jerry Lalonde and Susan Venable of Scott, Louisiana; daughter, Savannah Madden and special friend, Stacey Madden of Mize; sisters, Tiffany Lindsey (Jamie) of Katy, Texas, Christine Landry (Ian) of Rayne, Louisiana, Nikki Templeton (Spencer) of Mize; brothers, Joshua Gunter (Ashley)  of Mize, Jason Gunter of Hattiesburg, Micah Gunter (Ashleigh) of Mize; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joseph Elias and Oliva J. Guillory; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Altha Artigue; Alcee and Enola Lalonde; Billy and Macy Gunter.
