JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi Agriculture and Livestock Theft Bureau along with the Hinds County Sheriff’s Office is requesting information regarding criminal trespassing on farmlands in Southwest Hinds County. On August 6, 2024, the Hinds County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of criminal trespassers. On August 17, 2024, an officer responded again to trespassers along with the theft of farm equipment off Hwy 27 South in Utica, Mississippi. If you recognize these persons or clothing, contact your local law enforcement.
Any information on these subjects can be provided anonymously to any of the following agencies, The Mississippi Agriculture & Livestock Theft Bureau by calling 1-800-678-2660, The Hinds County Sheriff’s Office or Central Mississippi Crime Stoppers 601-355-TIPS (8477). All calls remain anonymous, and you could be eligible for a reward for information upon arrest and conviction.
