The Magee Trojans defeated Lawrence County 44-27 in the first ever KDMC Kickoff Classic.
The game was held Thursday night, August 12th at the Co-Lin Wesson Stadium.
Thursday night officially marked the beginning of the 2016 football season. Copiah Lincoln Community College has partnered with Kings Daughter’s Medical Center to host the first KDMC Kickoff Classic. Magee and Lawrence County opened play tonight on Col-Lin’s campus at 7:00 pm.
The game presented a great opportunity for these student athletes to participate and compete in a college environment.
