On Thursday, February 19, 2026, Chief Denis Borges of the Magee Police Department reported on the department’s Facebook page that the following individuals had been arrested and charged in separate incidents:
- Dustin Spiegner – Residential Burglary, Resisting Arrest by Fleeing, and Disorderly Conduct
- Joey Eugene Martin – Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
- James Kenneth Horton – Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
- Brittnie Nicole Bright – Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)
- Misti Nichole Richardson – Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl), and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
