Magee Police Department arrested,Dylan Ray Richardson, for the following charges:
Felony fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer.
Felony possession of a controlled substance.
Possession of a stolen firearm.
Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Possession of a controlled substance, Fentanyl, with firearm enhancement.
Possession of a controlled substance, Hydrocodone, with firearm enhancement.
First offense shoplifting.
Driving while license suspended.
Active felony warrant from Smith County
And MDOC Hold.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
