Lucio Menezes Named NCCAA Men’s Tennis Student-Athlete of the Week

Mississippi College sophomore Lucio Menezeshas been named the National Christian College Athletic Association Men’s Tennis Student-Athlete of the Week, it was announced on Tuesday (Apr. 12).

Menezes (Brasilia, Brazil) helped lead the Choctaws to a 3-0 week with a 3-0 mark in singles play and a 2-1 record in doubles action. All three of his singles wins over Delta State, Alabama Huntsville and Lee came in straight sets.
