Ok, boys and girls…we are “at it again”…going to live stream the Zoning Board meeting beginning at 5:30 from City Hall. There is a lot of controversy surrounding this meeting because of some land Chris Lane owns that Chris wants changed from R-1 to R-3. If the change is made to R-3, apartments can be built on the property he owns on 11th avenue.
I’m just saying, as a member of the zoning board…ya’ll need to understand our board does not have much power! The final say-so lies with the City of Magee Aldermen…we just make recommendations. But, a bunch of folks are planning to attend so you may not want to miss…tune into MageeNews.com at 5:30…go to City News…the viewing screen will be on the City News page.
