Leigha Coke (right) and Kayla Liddell (left),  of Braxton, recently served as  pages for the Mississippi Senate.

Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff.

Leigha and Kayla are pictured with Lt. Governor Tate Reeves and Senator Perry Lee, who sponsored their visit.

Leigha is the daughter of Steve and Amy Coke and attends McLaurin Attendance Center. When asked about the week, Leigha said, “Paging was a great, irreplaceable experience. I am so thankful for the great times and memories I have gained. I would like to give a big thanks to Senator Perry Lee, Ms. Sonia Irwin, and my mom.”

Kayla is the daughter of Randy and Katherine Liddell and attends Mendenhall High School. When asked about the week, Kayla said, “I would like to thank Senator Perry Lee for this opportunity. This was a great learning experience. I had a great time and met so many new people.” Also pictured is Leigha Coke.
