Larry Wayne Blair passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 16, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born on May 17, 1954, to Bob and Oretta Gray Blair in Magee, MS.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Oretta Blair; sisters, Bonnie Barrett and Linda Ferguson; and grandson, Layton Blair.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patsie Roberts Blair; sons, Joel Blair (Tiffany) and Stephen Blair (Dana); brother, Billy Blair (Patricia); sisters, Debbie Thompson (Jerry), Bobbie Tanner and Diane Hall; six grandchildren, Jayden Blair, Kayden Blair, Magnolia Blair, Harper Tipton and Tate Blair along with a host of many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Larry married his high school sweetheart, Patsie, and they raised their family here in Magee. Family was a huge part of Larry’s life. He ran a pest control route for 29 years, where he made many lifelong friends. After retirement, you could either find him working in his shop fixing things or watching Gunsmoke and westerns. He was always busy doing something. He faithfully attended Coat Baptist Church and loved the Lord, which showed in his everyday life.
His family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 20, at Tutor Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow in Magee City Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
