Kathy Ann Puckett Wadsworth, 61, of Brandon, Mississippi, passed away from her earthly home to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at her home. She was born Monday, June 27, 1960, in Mendenhall, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall, Mississippi.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. The burial will follow in Puckett Cemetery in Puckett, Mississippi. Brother Shane Lambert will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. (601) 847-4401
Mrs. Kathy was a member of Puckett Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, Nana, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed collecting valuables, shooting her guns, and most of all spending time with her grandbabies. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Jack Puckett.
Survivors include her loving husband of forty-one years, Robert Wadsworth, Sr. of Brandon; two sons, Robert Wadsworth, Jr. and his wife, Brandie, of Pulaski; and Adam Wadsworth and his wife, Necole, of Puckett; six grandchildren, Jacob Lawrence, Hayden “Bambam” Wadsworth, Lincoln “Jay Bird” Wadsworth, Alana Kathryn Wadsworth, and Averie Wadsworth all of Pulaski, and Olivia Wadsworth of Puckett; mother, Ina Lou Millis Puckett of Puckett; one sister, Christine Puckett Wilson and her husband, Johnnie, of Raleigh; two brothers, Bobby “Duke” Puckett and his wife, Valerie, of Magee; and Jeffery “Bo” Puckett of Puckett; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Pallbearers will be DJ Reid, Brandon Reid, Bobby Puckett, John Puckett, Lacon Harrison, and Johnnie Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be James Porter and Milton Davis.
