On February 10th, Karli Welch was crowned as 2024 Mendenhall’s Miss Hospitality, crowned by Jaymee Shea Smith, Mendenhall’s Miss Hospitality 2023. Mendenhall’s Little Miss 2024, Wrenly Grace Warren was also crowned by Lilly Wray, Mendenhall’s Little Miss 2023.
Karli is the 20 year old daughter of David and Charity Welch of Mendenhall. She is a 2021 graduate of Mendenhall High School where she was the 12th grade class President, top 5 in her class and HOSA President. Karli is an active member at Calvary Baptist Church of Braxton where she is actively on the praise and worship team and involved with the Operation Christmas Child Program every year. Karli is pursuing a degree in the ADN nursing program at Jones County Junior College and hopes to become a travel nurse.
Karli with represent Mendenhall throughout this year and compete in the state competition in Hattiesburg this Summer, July 7-13. Karli wishes all the contestants the best of luck!
